1，Purpose of the event

Focusing on the promotion of Wu Zetian historical celebrity culture, conforming to the "national trend" and other trends of the times, so that the elements of the Han and Tang cultures into the public life, firm cultural self-confidence, and promote the transmission of excellent traditional Chinese culture from generation to generation.

August 13, 2023 - September 1, 2023

3，Participants

Anyone who loves Hanfu culture and dares to challenge and show himself/herself can participate in the competition.

4，Process

This year's competition is divided into three main processes, namely, "Call for Entries", "Ranking and Validation" and "Award Presentation".

(1) Application: from now until August 23, 24:00, online extensive collection. Participants who post parody videos or photos on social media platforms such as Jitterbug, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and Video (single or multiple) with the topics #Wu Zetian Parody Competition# and #Guangyuan Daughters' Festival# will be successfully registered. Due to the unpredictable number of applicants, the advancement rate of the audition is ≤60%, and the number of places to enter the re-evaluation stage is limited to 60.

(2) Ranking: After the end of the application, the preliminary list will be ranked according to the number of likes of the works within the specified time, and the final 20 contestants will be selected by the expert jury based on the innovative and restorative dimensions of the works.

(3) Show Award: On September 1, the 20 winners of Wu Zetian Imitation Contest will be invited to participate in the starlight show at the opening ceremony of 2023 China (Guangyuan) Daughter Festival and receive the honorary crown.

5，Notes for Participation

(I) Requirements

1. 1-3 photos or a short video of 5-15 seconds of Wuzeitian make-up (one person with multiple entries will be counted according to the work with the highest number of likes). 2.

2. Contain elements of "Wu Ze Tian", such as character make-up imitation, performance of classic lines, reproduction of character's costumes, etc. 3. The works must be original works, and must not infringe on other people's intellectual property rights, or misappropriation of other people's works. Once the above behavior is verified, the entry will be disqualified and the relevant responsibility will be pursued.

(ii) Judging Criteria

The expert judging panel will mainly consider the two major dimensions of "reductiveness" and "innovativeness" of the entries.

1. Reduction: The participants' appearance, make-up, temperament and costumes should contain the characteristics and cultural connotations of the historical "Wu Zetian" costumes and appearances.

2. Innovativeness: On the basis of traditional cultural connotation, the contestant should integrate Wu Zetian with modern culture, and creatively integrate the excellent traditional Chinese culture with modern civilization.

(III) Winners

After the results of the re-evaluation are available, an invitation to the return event will be sent to the winning contestant of the Wu Ze Tian Imitation Contest. The original short video of the winning contestant and the makeup photo to participate in the activity on September 1 (the same set of makeup clothes is more recommended), needs to send email to: zhuying@brandcn.com , the title of the email should be noted "Wuzeitian Imitation Contest + Participation Account Name + Platform Name", and the body of the text should be written as follows "Real name + ID number + cell phone number".

Anyone who has not sent the original work by 24:00 on August 24th will be deemed to have given up the prize.

(IV) Rights and benefits in return

1. The top 20 winners of Wuzeitian Imitation Contest will get the honorary laurel, enjoy three days and two nights free accommodation and food reception, and media live broadcast, publicity and other exposure rights and interests. 2. All the finalists of Wuzeitian Imitation Contest will get the prize containing.

2. All the finalists of Wu Zetian imitation contest will get the "Blind Box" set of tickets containing 2 tickets (coupons) of 4A+ scenic spots in Guangyuan City.
